About NCCOAST Communications:

NCCOAST Communications is the publisher of Island Review Magazine. The company, based in Morehead City, NC, was established in 1982. NCCOAST began as a publishing company producing visitors guides
for eastern North Carolina including Coaster Magazine, Topsail Coaster Magazine and New Bern Magazine. Attracting many regional advertisers, NCCOAST cornered the market on providing quality graphic design services and it was a natural progression to service these businesses’ printing, web design and direct marketing needs.

As a strong business leader in a burgeoning coastal area, the region’s real estate community looked to NCCOAST Communications for the production of a high-quality monthly real estate magazine that would feature available homes and properties. The result was NCCOAST HOMES Magazines, which now produces publications for the Crystal Coast, Craven-Pamlico area, Onslow County and the Greater Topsail Area, plus a specialized regional military edition.

In 2000, NCCOAST acquired the 28-page Island Review from Dawn Printing. Since its acquisition, the monthly magazine for Bogue Banks home and property owners has more than tripled in size and has become one of the area's favorite island guides.

In 2005, NCCOAST Communications drew on its real estate guide and visitors guide experience to bring NCCOAST Living to those looking to relocate to the area. NCCOAST also offers a unique guide to wedding and event planning in eastern North Carolina. This guide is called the Coastal Event Planner.

In 2007, the company brought
NCCOAST Waterfront Magazine into its lineup of eight area guides, and in 2008, proudly launched the NCCOAST Business Journal. To find out more about NCCOAST Communications, visit our corporate website at www.nccoastcommunications.com
